With three Malayalam films to nayanthara `s credit, one with Jairam and two with Mohanlal, Nayantara stepped into the Tamil film scene with Ayya where Sarat Kumar was her hero. Nayathara `s second release in Tamil is the much awaited Chandramukhi where nayanthara paired with superstar Rajnikanth. There's a film with SJ Suriya too. Barely out of her teens and hardly a year in the industry, the nayantara seems to have done good career-wise. But strangely her pairings have all been with senior heroes. Meanwhile the nayanthara is back again to the Malayalam industry with Thaskaraveeran where Mammootty is her hero. Now she's all set to enter the Telugu field having signed a film with Jr NTR , her first young hero! |

Nayantara to play Ranjikanth's heroine again?
Will Nayantara score a hat trick? This is the question doing the rounds of Kollywood these days.
The question has arisen because India’s top star Rajnikanth is on the lookout for a heroine for his forthcoming flick, ‘Kuselan’.
And the heroine whose name is being mentioned in this regard happens to be Nayantara.
Nayan has already played heroine to Rajni in 'Chandramukhi'. She also figured in a dance with the super star in 'Sivaji'.

who is directing ‘Kuselan’ seems interested in signing up Nayans for the female lead role.
‘Kuselan’ is the remake of a Mammootty -starrer, ‘Katha Parayumbol’, which deals with the friendship between a super star and a tailor.
In the film, Rajni will play himself – a super star. The role of friend will be enacted by Pasupathy. Speculation is rife that Simran may also do a cameo in the film, which is set to go on the floors on February 15 after Rajni is back from the Himalayas. |
